PAYMENT TERMS

 


              10% of the total cost - at the time of booking.

              Land Cost - within 15 days of booking and in the
              Balance Amount

25% - on completion of foundation

12.5% - on completion of First Floor Slab.

12.5% - on completion of Second Floor Slab.

12.5% - on completion of Third Floor Slab.

12.5% - on completion of Fourth Floor Slab.

10% - on completion of Brick work.

10% - on completion of Plastering

5% - on handing over.

Note : The basic rate is exclusive of Covered Car parking,             Registration charges, EB & Water connection             charges and Sales & Service Tax which will be extra             at actuals.
